Thank you for supporting Arc Angel Initiative.

1. Organizational Status
Arc Angel Initiative is a nonprofit organization based in New York. Our application for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending.

2. Tax Deductibility
At this time, donations are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible. If our 501(c)(3) status is approved, donations may become tax-deductible retroactively to the extent allowed by law. Donors should consult their tax advisor for guidance.

3. Use of Funds
All donations are used to support our mission, including:

• Development and deployment of arcade-based charitable experiences
• Community engagement initiatives
• Educational and creative programming

4. Payment Processing
Donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

5. Refund Policy
All donations are considered final. Refunds may be granted only in cases of error or unauthorized transactions, at our discretion.

We are committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of all funds received.
